The Hen House has a generously sized kitchen diner with fridge, oven & hob, microwave, toaster and electric kettle.

The kitchen has a very good supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware, along with a good selection of cooking pots, pans and utensils. The lounge boasts ample seating, with widescreen TV, DVD player and french windows to the patio and rear garden area. There is also a downstairs bathroom. The first floor features a large gallery bedroom. All linen and towels are supplied. Outside there is a patio area with seating and westerly views across the fishing pond and over to the Lincolnshire Wolds.
